The Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by member States of the Council of Europe held an exchange of views (online) on the legal situation and the functioning of institutions in Serbia with Mr Oliver Kask, Substitute Member of the Venice Commission in respect of Estonia.
