By letter dated 3 March 2023 the President of the PACE, Mr Tiny Kox, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft law on the amendment of the German Federal Election Act.

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 135th plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 09-10 June 2023).
