By letter dated 13 February 2023 the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft law on limiting excessive economic and political influence in public life (de-oligarchisation).

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 134th plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 10-11 March 2023).
