Belgrade - In the framework of the preparation of the draft joint opinion on two draft laws implementing the constitutional amendments on the prosecution service of Serbia, the rapporteurs of the Venice Commission met with the representatives of the following interlocutors: • Prime Minister, • majority and opposition MPs, • Minister of Justice, • Public Prosecutors Office, • State Prosecutorial Council, • Association of Public Prosecutors and Deputy Public Prosecutors, • NGOs and international community. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 133rd Plenary Session on 16-17 December 2022.
