Andorra la Vella - In the framework of the preparation of the Opinion on the Law on the Creation and Functioning of the Ombudsman, the Venice Commission’s rapporteurs met with the following interlocutors: • Ombudsman of Andorra, • President and Vice-President of the Parliament, • Presidents of the Legislative Commissions of Interior and Foreign Affairs of the Parliament, • Minister of Social Affairs, Youth and Equality and other representatives of the Ministry of Territory and Housing, • Minister of Justice and Interior, • Representatives of UNICEF Andorra and of the civil society The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 132nd Plenary session of the Commission (21-22 October 2022).
