The Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia and the Venice Commission held a pre-electoral webinar in view of the presidential and early parliamentary elections scheduled in Serbia on 3 April 2022. Such topics as election observation, election-day operations and the importance of providing an effective remedy for electoral disputes were discussed.
