By note verbale dated 6 August 2021, the Permanent Representation of North Macedonia with the Council of Europe requested a Venice Commission opinion on the draft Law on the State of Emergency. The Commission will prepare a draft opinion with a view to adoption at the 128th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission.
