The Electoral Assistance Division of the DG-II the Council of Europe, the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova and its Centre for Continuous Electoral Training co-organised an online awareness raising event with electoral stakeholders and media representatives on “Countering the misuse of administrative resources during electoral processes”. Mr Richard Barrett, Irish member of the Venice Commission, intervened on “The international framework on combating the misuse of administrative resources during electoral processes”.
