The Electoral Assistance Division of the Council of Europe, the Centre for Continuous Electoral Training of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova and the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova co-organised a webinar for judges and election commissioners on “Election dispute resolution by the Moldovan courts – International and national framework on the use of administrative resources during electoral processes”. Mr Eirik Holmøyvik, Norwegian substitute member of the Venice Commission, intervened on “Election dispute resolution – good European practices“ and Mr Richard Barrett, Irish member of the Venice Commission, intervened on “The international framework on combating the misuse of administrative resources during electoral processes”.
