Within the framework of the opinion on the draft amendments to the law introducing a "People's Advocate for the rights of entrepreneurs", the working group of the Commission held an online exchange of views with the Speaker of Parliament, the Minister of Justice, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy, the People's Advocate Institution as well as representatives of the civil society. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the March 2021 plenary session.
