Sofia - a delegation of the Venice Commission visited Sofia to discuss with the authorities and other stakeholders the draft amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Judicial System Act concerning criminal prosecutions against the Prosecutor General and two chief judges. The draft opinion was on the agenda of the plenary session of December 2019.
