Paris - Mr Igli Totozani, expert and former Advocates’ People of Albania, exchanged views with the PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, and presented “the Venice Principles” as adopted by the Venice Commission at its March 2019 plenary session and endorsed by the Committee of Ministers on 2 May 2019.
