Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the concept of the legislative amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia concerning the relationship between the prosecution and the police. The draft opinion was on the agenda of March 2019 plenary session of the Commission.
