Oslo - A large delegation of current and former members of the Venice Commission participated in the Conference on "Rewriting the Separation of powers in the European States" which was organised by the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights of the Oslo University. The conference was held on the occasion of the retirement of Jan Helgesen, professor and Member of the Venice Commission in respect of Norway.
