Bucharest - A delegation of the Venice Commission and OSCE/ODIHR visited Romania to exchange views with the Romanian authorities and the representatives of the civil society in the framework of the preparation of the joint OSCE/ODIHR opinion on the draft law on NGOs (amending the Government Ordinance 26/2000 on associations and foundations). The draft opinion, requested by the PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Fundamental Rights, was on the agenda of the March 2018 plenary session.
