Helsinki - Member of the Venice Commission Mr Sergio Bartole participates in the seminar organised by the PACE Monitoring Committee on the 20th anniversary of its establishment. The topic of the event is "The international legal order in a changing world: challenges for the monitoring procedure of the Parliamentary Assembly". Mr Bartole presents the role of the Venice Commission in the process of monitoring Council of Europe member states' commitment to respect the core values of the organisation.
