Strasbourg - the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe requested the Venice Commission to provide an opinion on the amendments to the Electoral Code of Bulgaria as recently adopted by the Bulgarian Parliament. The Venice Commission, jointly with the OSCE/ODIHR, evaluated in 2014 the then draft election code of Bulgaria.
