Skopje - Following a request by the European Commission, the Venice Commission examines Macedonian legislation concerning the disciplinary liability of judges, with a view of preparing an opinion. It will be submitted for adoption by the December 2015 Plenary Session of the Venice Commission. A delegation of the Venice Commission visits Skopje on 12 and 13 November 2015 where it will have meetings with the representatives of the national authorities, judges and of the civil society concerned.
