Tunis – In the Framework of the South Programme II, members of the Commission of the Ministry of Justice responsible for the drafting of the law on the Constitutional court of Tunisia had an exchange of view with judges from European Constitutional Courts of Venice Commission’s member States. The composition of courts, their jurisdiction and the effects of their decisions have been discussed.
