Lima - Upon invitation from the Organisation of American States (OAS), the Venice Commission representatives contribute to the IX Inter-American meeting of Electoral Management Bodies. Among other issues the participants have an exchange of views on such issues as the government's role in the electoral process, the quality of electoral process and strategies for assessing the electoral administration's performance. This event is co-organised by OAS, the National Jury of Elections of Peru, the National Office of Elections of Peru and “Elections Canada”.
