Podgorica - A delegation of rapporteurs of the Venice Commission visited Montenegro to hold discussions with representatives of the authorities (the Ministry of Justice, the Parliament, the Supreme Court and lower level courts, the State Prosecutor’s Office, the Judicial Council and Prosecutorial Council) as well as with professional associations of judges and prosecutors and civil society. The centre of the discussions were several draft laws submitted to the Commission for assessment in the context of the reform of the judiciary in Montenegro.
