Zagreb - At the invitation of the Council of Europe and the Croatian Ministry of Social Policy and Youth, a Venice Commission member takes part in a "Regional Seminar on the Participation of People with Disabilities in Political and Public Life". The representative of the Venice Commission introduces the Interpretative Declaration to the Code of Good Practice in Electoral Matters on the participation of people with disabilities in elections.
