Chisinau – A delegation of the Venice Commission visits Chisinau, jointly with a delegation of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, in preparation of an opinion on amendments to the Electoral Code and the Law on financing of political parties and electoral campaigns, requested both by the Parliament and the Central Election Commission of Moldova. The opinion is expected to be adopted at the 94th plenary session of the Venice Commission (8-9 March 2013).
