Tunis - At the request of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Venice Commission ensured legal assistance to the Election Observation Mission of the Assembly in the context of the election of the National Constituent Assembly (on 23 October 2011). The Venice Commission delegation was composed of Mr Colliard, President of University Paris 1 - Panthéon-Sorbonne, former member of the Constitutional Council, member of the Venice Commission, as well as a member of the secretariat.
