Vienna - The Venice Commission and the Federal Ministry of the Interior of Austria co-organised the 8th European Conference of Electoral Management Bodies on the subject “Elections in a Changing World”. The conference brought together representatives of the national authorities responsible for elections and international organisations. The main focus of the meeting was on the role of the media, notably social media, in the electoral process.
