Atlanta, USA – Venice Commission participated in an international conference on Human Rights and electoral standards organised by the Carter Center - one of the leading American NGOs advancing inter alia democracy, human rights. The participants discussed, among other issues, co-operation and co-ordination between election observers and human rights mechanisms, use of modern IT tools by electoral observation missions and interaction between national actors and international organisations during the election observation.
