By letter of 9 November 2022, the President of Montenegro requested an urgent opinion from the Venice Commission on the amendments to the Law on the President of Montenegro. The urgent opinion will be issued in due course and submitted for endorsement at the December 2022 plenary session (Venice, 16-17/12/2022).
