The Minister of Justice of Republic of Moldova requested the Venice Commission to provide an opinion, at its earliest convenience, on the draft law on the reform of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Prosecutor’s Office. The draft opinion was on the agenda of the Venice Commission’s October 2019 plenary session.
