By letter dated 13/02/2023, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft law on the external assessment of judges and prosecutors.

The draft opinion will be prepared jointly with the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule or Law (DGI) of the Council of Europe and will be submitted for adoption at the March plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 10-11 March 2023).
