By letter of 22 November 2022, the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament requested OSCE/ODIHR and the Venice Commission to jointly prepare an opinion on the amendments to the Organic Law on Common Courts. The opinion will be submitted for adoption during the 134th plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 10-11 March 2023)
