The Monitoring Committee of the PACE has requested the opinion of the Venice Commission on Georgia’s provisions on the Prosecutorial Council in the draft law on the Prosecutor’s Office and on the provisions on the High Judicial Council in the Law on Courts of General Jurisdiction.
