By letter dated 5 February 2021 the Chair of the Monitoring Committee of the PACE requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the legislative and constitutional package adopted by the Hungarian parliament in December 2020. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption to the June 2021 plenary session.
