Warsaw - The Venice Commission is saddened by the sudden death of its Polish member, Professor Bogusław Banaszak. He was a widely recognised expert in constitutional law and a valuable member of the Venice Commission. At its March 2018 plenary session, the Venice Commission held a minute of silence in his memory.
