By letter dated 5 January 2022, the President of the Senate of Chile Ms Ximena RINCON GONZALEZ requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on certain questions related to the constitutional reform. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption by the March plenary session of the Commission (18-19 March 2022).
