Sofia - At the request of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Venice Commission ensured legal assistance to the Election Observation Mission of the Assembly in the context of the Presidential election (on 23 October 2011). The Venice Commission was represented by Mr Kask, Judge at the Tallinn Court of Appeal and member of the Venice Commission.
