Brief to the Constitution Committee of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom in relation to its inquiry into the Rule of Law
The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe issued its Brief to the Constitution Committee of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom in relation to its inquiry into the Rule of Law.
The Brief was the collective contribution from members of the Venice Commission to the inquiry into the rule of law, addressed by the House of Lords Constitution Committee. The contribution was published on the UK Parliament’s website on 8 May 2025.
The Brief will be submitted for endorsement at the 143rd plenary session of the Venice Commission (online, 13-14 June 2025).
