Sarajevo – a delegation of the Venice Commission took part in a workshop organised by the EU within the context of the EU-BiH Structured Dialogue on Justice. The workshop’s aim was to facilitate the on-going dialogue on the revision of the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC), addressing notably the issue of professionalism and the independence of the judiciary in the light of this institution’s possible reform.
