The 23rd meeting of the Bureau of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ) was held in Venice on 23 March 2026.

The Bureau of the WCCJ is composed of representatives of ten regional and linguistic groups of constitutional courts and courts of equivalent jurisdiction. It also includes four courts representing the continents of Africa, the Americas, Asia/Oceania and Europe, as well as the host courts of the previous and forthcoming WCCJ Congresses. The Venice Commission provides the Secretariat for the World Conference on Constitutional Justice.

In particular, the members of the Bureau discussed the follow-up to the 6th WCCJ Congress, which took place in Madrid in October 2025, as well as preparations for the 7th WCCJ Congress, to be held in Egypt in 2028.
