Kyiv - A representative of the Venice Commission participated online in an international conference entitled “State oversight of campaigning in referendums: Experience, lessons learned, and way forward”. This event was organised by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) (Kyiv Office) with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Global Affairs Canada, and UK AID, and meant for representatives of electoral management bodies, political finance oversight institutions, as well as civil society representatives.
