The Vice-President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities Cecilia Dalman Eek (Sweden, SOC/G/PD) will participate in the 3rd International Forum of Agglomerations, devoted to fostering intermunicipal co-operation and strengthening metropolitan governance for Ukraine’s development, resilience, and recovery.

In addition to contributing to the opening remarks, the Vice-President will share European experiences and Congress recommendations on cross-border and intermunicipal co-operation, and the management of water resources in metropolitan areas.

On 22 October, she will also participate in the presentation of the report of the citizens’ assembly in Lviv Agglomeration, organised and implemented with the Congress’ support.
