The Venice Commission this week is publishing 12 opinions concerning eight countries (Chile, France, Haiti, Hungary, Republic of Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, North Macedonia). The opinions, which can be viewed here, had been adopted during its 143rd plenary session, which was held online on 13-14 June. As usual, the session was closed to the public.
