The Division on Migration and Refugees has published an updated List of all cases pending execution concerning migration, prepared by the Department for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

The document provides an overview of judgments and decisions of the Court related to migration for which execution measures have not yet been fully completed and which are currently under the supervision of the Committee of Ministers.

The list covers a range of migration-related matters, including asylum procedures, detention, expulsion and return, family life, and access to effective remedies.
