The CDCJ Limited Working Group on Migration (CDCJ-MIG) held its 4th meeting (29 September-1 October) where it finalised a draft compendium on promising practices in respect of legal aid and representation, access to information and to justice for children in procedures relating to the determination of nationality or statelessness. The CDCJ is to examine and adopt the draft compendium at its forthcoming plenary meeting (18-20 November 2025). The CDCJ-MIG also continued its work on a draft recommendation dealing with access to nationality of stateless children as well as the related explanatory memorandum.
Furthermore, on 10 September, the CDCJ Secretariat presented the work of the CDCJ-MIG to a delegation of Migration and Citizenship officials from Armenia. The CDCJ Secretariat also took part in the 2nd Townhall meeting of the Global Alliance to end statelessness on 23 September and presented the work of the CDCJ-MIG and the takeaways of the Inter-Regional Network Lab, co-organised on 20 May by the Council of Europe with UNCHR, OAS and CLARCIEV.

Le Groupe de travail restreint du CDCJ sur la migration (CDCJ-MIG) a tenu sa 4e réunion (29 septembre – 1 octobre), au cours de laquelle il a finalisé un projet de recueil de pratiques prometteuses en matière d'aide juridique et de représentation, d'accès à l'information et à la justice pour les enfants dans les procédures relatives à la détermination de la nationalité ou de l'apatridie. Le CDCJ examinera et adoptera le projet de recueil lors de sa prochaine réunion plénière (18-20 novembre 2025). Le CDCJ-MIG a également poursuivi ses travaux sur un projet de recommandation portant sur l'accès à la nationalité des enfants apatrides, ainsi que sur l'exposé des motifs correspondant.
En outre, le 10 septembre, le secrétariat du CDCJ a présenté les travaux du CDCJ-MIG à une délégation de responsables arméniens des migrations et de la citoyenneté. Le secrétariat du CDCJ a également participé à la deuxième réunion publique de l'Alliance mondiale pour mettre fin à l'apatridie, le 23 septembre, et a présenté les travaux du CDCJ-MIG ainsi que les conclusions du séminaire du réseau interrégional , organisé conjointement le 20 mai par le Conseil de l’Europe avec le HCR, l'OEA et CLARCIEV.
