On 9 May 2022, as a part of the training program developed and organised by the Prosecutors’ Training Centre of Ukraine, Nataliia Marchuk, the Supreme Court Judge and the Council of Europe consultant, conducted a webinar on the peculiarities of investigation of conflict-related sexual violence for prosecutors who work at the Office of the Prosecutor General, regional and district public prosecutors’ offices. During the webinar, the participants improved their knowledge on modus operandi for the investigation of these types of crimes with a particular focus on evidence and proving.

The webinar was organised with the support of the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”, which is part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.
