The Council of Europe Project "Promoting social human rights as a key factor of sustainable democracy in Ukraine" presents the analysis of the draft laws No. 2708, 2708-1 and 2708-2 on compliance with the Council of Europe standards - European Social Charter (revised) and anti-discrimination standards on rights to work of persons with disabilities.

The author of the analysis - the Council of Europe consultant Bohdan Moisa points out the following issues:

• Regulation of labour of people with disabilities;
• Equality and non-discrimination in the field of labour;
• Conditions for exercising the right to work, guarantees for persons with disabilities.

Council of Europe Project "Promoting social human rights as a key factor of sustainable democracy in Ukraine" is being implemented since 1 August, 2019 for two years in sphere of the development and protection of social human rights, namely persons with disabilities (article 15 of the European Social Charter (Charter), elderly persons (article 23 of the Charter), children and young persons (articles 7, 15 of the Charter).
