On 8 September 2026 the All-Ukrainian Youth Forum “Ukraine 2036. Architects of the Future” was held in the village of Velyka Omeliana, Rivne region. The Forum was attended by more than 300 young people from different regions of Ukraine.
The Council of Europe project “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV” presented the Council of Europe’s resources and opportunities in the youth sector, in particular:
- Grant opportunities for youth CSOs from the European Youth Foundation;
- Зірки. Stars. Les etoiles - Visual tool for education;
- Board game about youth participation “Solution exists!”;
- Manuals and other educational resources on youth participation, youth policy, and trauma-informed youth work.
The All-Ukrainian Youth Forum “Ukraine 2036. Architects of the Future” was organised by the Association of Frontline Cities and Communities and the Rivne City Council in partnership with UNICEF in Ukraine, the International Republican Institute, the Council of Europe project “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV” and the UN4UkrainianCities project.
The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026.
