On 3 June 2026, the first meeting of civil society organiіations was held. Four organisations in Ukraine received grant support from the Council of Europe within the framework of the project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV".
From 1 June to 31 August 2026, open youth work projects for young people are implemented by:
- CSO " Democratic Initiatives Incubator", Project "Scroll Smart: Youth for Digital Well-being and Safety", Ukraine
- CSO "Education 360" in co-operation with the CSO"SVOI PRO" and CSO "Women's Lobby", project "Youth-Led Audits for Barrier-Free Participation", Ukraine
- CSO "City Development Platform", project "Model of Mobile Outreach Youth Work”, Kharkiv region, Ukraine
- Public Union "National Youth Council of Ukraine", project "Human Rights in Action: Regional Youth Engagement", Ukraine
The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026.
