The Council of Europe Project “Facilitating housing solutions for the war-affected people in Ukraine” which is implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026 announces the acceptance of applications under the tender procedure for the purchase and installation of IT equipment (servers and supporting elements) and software for the State Enterprise "Reintegration and Recovery".
Deadline for tender’s submission is 27 November 2023.
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address) [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender _9157/2023/07_Name of your company. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender_9157/2023/07_Question.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED:
- A completed and signed copy of the Appendix II Profile and extended description of the proposed equipment and services to Tender file (see document attached);
- A completed and signed copy of the Contract (see document attached) with all applications:
- Appendix II Financial offer for the estimated IT and server equipment;
- Appendix III – Declaration of agreement;
- Registration documents for legal persons;
- A list of all owners and executive officers, for legal persons only;
- Portfolio of 3 similar projects implemented or 3 references from previous clients.
All documents (except for registration documents) shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
All documents must be completed, signed, scanned in full (with all pages) and sent as one document. Preference is given to scanned documents in PDF format.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
