Donetska Oblast Council invites journalists and freelancers to participate in the second Regional Media Contest on “Reform of Local Self-Government and Territorial Organisation of Authority”. The Contest was organised by Donetska Oblast State Administration with methodological support of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Local Government Reform in Ukraine”.

The First Regional Media Contest was launched in Donetsk oblast in 2017 (as well as in Vinnitsa, Kharkiv and Khmelnitsky oblasts) and based on the Council of Europe Methodology adapted to the regional context with methodological support of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine”.
