The Council of Europe Project “Promoting social human rights as a key factor of sustainable democracy in Ukraine” presented “Key provisions and legal positions on the functioning of social services vis-à-vis Article 14 of the European Social Charter”.

The author of the publication is Ms Alla Fedorova, national consultant of the Council of Europe, Associate Professor of the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, PhD in Law.

This publication is a compilation of interpretations of the European Committee of Social Rights on the functioning of social services and the provision of social services in the context of execution of obligations by member States vis-à-vis Article 14 of the European European Social Charter.
